• Chat transcripts between visitors and the AI assistant.
• Basic analytics such as page URL, referrer, country, and UTM parameters.
• Account data for admin users (email, hashed password, role).

3. How we use it

We use this information to run the widget, deliver leads to the site owner, improve responses, and provide support. Lead notifications are sent to the site owner's inbox.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, database, AI model providers, email delivery), and only as needed to deliver the service.

5. Retention

Conversations and leads are retained while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and legal purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing mano@marketmeglobal.com.

7. Cookies

The widget uses local storage to remember a visitor's conversation thread. It does not use tracking cookies for advertising.
