1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the MarketMe Chat widget and related services provided by MarketMe Global. By subscribing or installing the widget, you agree to these Terms.

2. Standard subscription

The standard plan is billed at €59.99 per month and includes the 3D globe widget shown on our homepage, daily scraping of selected pages, lead capture with email notification, an admin panel, yearly support, admin customisations, and onboarding training. It does not include a custom 3D design, which is a separate proposal.

3. Custom proposals

Custom 3D designs, integrations, and bespoke work are scoped and priced separately. A written proposal will describe deliverables, timeline, and fees before work begins.

4. Content and scraping

You confirm you have the right to have the widget read and index the URLs you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your website content.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect the widget.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel the standard subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Liability

MarketMe Global's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
